Since its inception in 2001, the prestigious BET Awards has sought to celebrate black entertainers and other minorities in music, film, sports and philanthropy and this year is no different.
On Thursday, May 16, 2024, the 2024 nominees was announced with notable Nigerian artists, Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, and Tems leading the charge.
Set to air live from Los Angeles on Sunday, June 30, 2024, the ceremony promises to be a night celebrating "Culture's Biggest Night."
With the nominees list filled with industry heavyweights including Beyoncé, Drake, Usher, Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar, Future, and Gunna, the competition promises to be as fierce as ever.
